FSE Lifestyle Services Limited has established a Nomination Committee for its Board of Directors, as resolved in a meeting on November 20, 2015. The Committee’s members are appointed from the Board, with a majority being independent non-executive directors, and the Board appoints its Chairman and Secretary. Meetings of the Committee can be convened by any member or the secretary, usually with at least seven days’ notice, although attendance at a meeting waives the notice requirement.
