FSE Lifestyle Services Limited has established its Remuneration Committee, comprising a minimum of three members, primarily from independent non-executive directors, as per the resolution passed by its Board on November 20, 2015. The Board appoints the Committee’s members, who can be removed if they are no longer Board members. The Committee’s meetings are convened at any time upon a member’s request, requiring at least seven days’ notice, though 14 days is recommended.
