FSE Lifestyle Services Limited has announced the resignation of Dr. Tong Yuk Lun, Paul from the Audit Committee effective 15 July 2024. Dr. Tong will continue his role as an independent non-executive Director and focus on his other committee responsibilities within the company. The Audit Committee will maintain its function with four remaining members, including a new Chairman.
