The strategic purchase marks FRP’s entrance into the Welsh market, adding Lexington’s Cardiff-based team of 15, including its founder Gary Partridge, to FRP’s workforce. This acquisition aligns with FRP’s growth strategy to enhance its market presence, service range, and geographical footprint, with Lexington expected to contribute approximately £2.7 million in annual revenue and £0.7 million in adjusted EBITDA.
