Frontline (FRO) has released an update.
Frontline plc’s recent AGM saw the re-election of several board members and the introduction of new directors, while also approving a significant financial maneuver allowing the issuance of shares and convertible securities without pre-emption rights. Shareholders also authorized a board remuneration limit of $600,000 for 2024.
