Frontier Services Group Limited, through its subsidiary Phoenix Aviation Limited, has entered into an agreement to sell a 24-year-old Cessna C560 Excel aircraft to Roundle Aviation Limited for US$2,000,000. The transaction is classified as a discloseable transaction under the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The sale agreement includes a leaseback arrangement where the aircraft will be leased back to the seller, allowing Frontier Services Group to continue utilizing the aircraft while optimizing its asset management strategy.
