Frontier Real Estate Investment Corporation has announced the extension of its commitment line agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation until August 31, 2027. The commitment line, initially established in 2015 with a maximum amount of ¥5,000 million, is aimed at ensuring stable financial support for potential asset acquisitions and refinancing risks. Following the extension, the corporation maintains a total commitment line of ¥17,500 million with various lenders.
