Frontier IP appoints seasoned dealmaker Shaun Claydon as new CFO

Frontier IP Group plc has appointed experienced corporate finance executive Shaun Claydon as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with immediate effect, succeeding Jo Stent, who will remain for a short period to ensure an orderly handover. Claydon, a chartered accountant with more than two decades of senior financial leadership, brings a track record in fundraising, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and growth strategy across both private and public companies, which the group expects to leverage as it develops its portfolio businesses towards eventual exits.

His concurrent non-executive role at spirits group Distil plc and prior experience guiding biotech ventures through funding and restructuring underscore the group’s focus on strengthening financial discipline and capital markets access at a pivotal stage in its growth trajectory.
