Frontier Digital Ventures Ltd. (AU:FDV) has released an update.

Frontier Digital Ventures Limited has announced the issuance of 77,777 fully paid ordinary shares to Non-executive director Ms. Po Yih Ming, as part of her remuneration package. This decision was made following shareholder approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting, and the shares are to be quoted on the ASX under the code FDV from June 5, 2024.
