Frontier Digital Director’s Shares Boosted

Frontier Digital Ventures Ltd. (AU:FDV) has released an update.

Frontier Digital Ventures Limited has announced a substantial increase in the number of shares held by Director Po Yih Ming (Frances Po), who acquired 77,777 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares at no cost following shareholder approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. This change, which was issued in lieu of director remuneration, brings Po’s total holding to 102,777 shares within the company.
