FRNT Financial Inc. has successfully completed a brokered private placement offering, raising $1.24 million through the sale of over 2 million units at $0.60 each. The funds are earmarked for scaling the business, building its capital base, and general corporate purposes. The units, which are now freely tradeable in Canada, include one common share and half a purchase warrant, with the potential for an early expiry if certain trading price conditions are met.
