FREYR Battery (FREY) just unveiled an update.
Tom Einar Jensen has been appointed as the CEO of FREYR Battery, Inc., with a tenure starting on June 6, 2024. His compensation includes a NOK 7 million annual salary, potential bonuses equal to a year’s salary, and equity awards. Jensen received 1.5 million performance options with specific targets, and will be eligible for additional options from 2026. If terminated, he’s entitled to severance pay, with conditions based on the length of service. Jensen will not receive separate compensation for his board duties.
