FREYR Battery, Inc. has announced the termination of its Chief Legal Officer, Are L. Brautaset, effective September 30, 2024. As part of the company’s strategic shift towards the U.S., it is actively looking for a U.S.-based replacement. Brautaset will receive a severance payment equivalent to 1.5 times his annual salary, following the signing of a separation agreement. He will aid in the transition period until his departure.
