Srinivasagopalan Ramamurthy, the Chief Product Officer of Freshworks Inc., has announced his resignation effective October 1, 2024, to explore a new professional avenue. Until then, he will work alongside the CEO to facilitate a seamless transition and will continue to offer advisory support to the company through the end of the year.
