On December 10, 2023, Fresh2 Group Limited and its subsidiary, Fresh2 Technology Inc, agreed to acquire all outstanding shares of Youfood Group Inc from sellers Xiaofan Lin and Shengren Yan, in exchange for 38,333,334 Class A ordinary shares of the Company. The transaction was successfully completed on January 2, 2024.
