Freightways Group Limited has applied for quotation on the ASX of 50,000 ordinary fully paid shares issued under an employee incentive scheme, with the securities to be quoted from 22 December 2025. The move modestly expands the company’s listed equity base and reflects the ongoing use of equity-based compensation, aligning employee interests with shareholders while marginally increasing the free float available to investors.
