Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Ltd. has announced a series of one-off service agreements between its subsidiary Tianjin Expressway Maintenance and Tianjin Expressway Group for maintenance services on various expressways. These connected transactions, approved by the Board and exempt from certain reporting requirements, are considered to be on normal commercial terms and in the best interest of shareholders. The agreements detail the provision of daily maintenance work with specific payment terms and cover a service period from June 27, 2024, to April 30, 2025.
