Freeport Resources Secures $1.2M in Funding Round

Freeport Resources (TSE:FRI) has released an update.

Freeport Resources Inc. has successfully completed the initial segment of its private funding venture, amassing $1.2 million by offering over 24 million units at 5 cents each. These units include common shares and half warrants, with full warrants allowing the purchase of additional shares at 25 cents until 2026. A second round of fundraising is anticipated to finalize by early May, bolstering the company’s efforts to develop its significant Yandera copper-gold project in Papua New Guinea.
