Freeport Resources Inc. has responded to strong market interest by expanding its private placement offering to a potential total of $7 million, with units priced at $0.05, each including a common share and a half-warrant. The company has already raised over $4.4 million through previous tranches, with the final tranche expected to close by June 28, 2024, subject to regulatory approval. This financing initiative supports the advancement of Freeport’s significant Yandera copper-gold-molybdenum project in Papua New Guinea.
