Freelancer Ltd. has announced a change in the holdings of their director, Robert Matthew Barrie, who acquired an additional 2,955 fully paid ordinary shares through an on-market trade, solidifying his direct and indirect control in the company. This move, reported under the obligatory listing rule 3.19A.2, elevates Barrie’s already significant voting power, which exceeds 20% due to his interests in Infilsec Pty Ltd and Taipan Investment Management Pty Ltd, both under his directorship and ownership.
