Freelancer Limited’s director, Robert Matthew Barrie, has increased his direct interest in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring 1,615 additional ordinary shares at a price of $0.18 each. Following this transaction, Barrie now holds over 191.55 million shares directly, along with significant indirect holdings through Infilsec Pty Ltd and Taipan Investment Management Pty Ltd, entities where he is the sole director and shareholder.
