At the latest Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Freehold Royalties Ltd. successfully elected all their nominated directors and passed all resolutions, including the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors. Shareholders demonstrated strong support for the board, with the majority of director nominees receiving over 96% approval, and KPMG LLP securing over 91% of votes for their appointment.
