Freegold Ventures Shareholders Endorse All Proposals

Freegold Ventures (TSE:FVL) has released an update.

Freegold Ventures Limited has successfully passed all proposals at their Annual General and Special Meeting, including the election of nine directors, the reappointment of their auditors, and the approval of their stock option plan. Shareholders representing nearly 23% of outstanding shares participated in the vote. Additionally, the company is continuing its drilling operations at Golden Summit, with updates on the exploration and an updated resource calculation anticipated in the coming weeks.
