Freegold Ventures Limited has launched its 2024 drilling program at the Golden Summit project, deploying two diamond drill rigs to seek out zones with higher-grade gold mineralization. Building on the positive outcomes from previous drilling, which revealed higher-grade deposits at shallower depths, the company aims to enhance the overall resource grade through strategic exploration of identified geochemical trends. The Golden Summit project already boasts a significant mineral resource, with over 12 million ounces indicated and 7.7 million ounces inferred, as of February 2023.
