Freegold Ventures Limited has announced an increase in its private placement offering to $10 million due to strong investor demand. The offering will consist of 25 million units, each including a share and a half-warrant, with the funds aimed at bolstering the company’s general corporate and working capital. This offering, available in Canadian provinces except Quebec, will not be subject to the usual hold period and is set to close by March 26, 2024.
