Freddie Mac has launched a cash tender offer to purchase specific STACR Notes at a fixed price, with the process starting on October 7, 2024, and ending at 5 p.m. New York City time on October 11, 2024, unless otherwise extended. Noteholders are enticed to tender their securities before the deadline, with the option to withdraw by the same time on the final day. Successful transactions will result in holders receiving the tender offer consideration plus any accrued and unpaid interest until the settlement date, which is anticipated to be October 16, 2024.
