Frasers Property Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, has announced the redemption of S$600 million worth of fixed-rate subordinated perpetual securities on April 11, 2024. The securities are part of the company’s S$5 billion multicurrency debt issuance program. Holders of the perpetual securities will receive the nominal amount along with accumulated distribution up to the redemption date.
