Frasers Property Limited has announced a re-allocation of the net proceeds from its Rights Issue, originally detailed in a series of announcements throughout 2021 and 2022, with the intention to invest in industrial, logistics, and business park assets (S$700 million), establish private funds for property investments (S$250 million), and cover general corporate purposes (up to S$330 million), totaling up to S$1,280 million.
