Frasers Property Limited has successfully redeemed and cancelled its S$600 million fixed rate subordinated perpetual securities as scheduled on April 11, 2024. This redemption was part of their S$5 billion multicurrency debt issuance program and was carried out at the full Redemption Price, including any accrued distributions. The securities will subsequently be delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
