A consortium of five leading Asian developers, including CapitaLand Development, CDL, Frasers Property, Mitsubishi Estate Co., and Mitsui Fudosan (Asia), has submitted a joint bid for a master developer site at Singapore’s Jurong Lake District. This ambitious project aims to develop a new business district with office space, residential units, and other complementary amenities over the next 10 to 15 years. The partnership leverages their collective expertise in creating vibrant and successful mixed-use precincts and marks a significant step in the transformation of JLD.
