Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust has issued 6,470,490 new units to pay management fees for the first quarter of 2024. This includes 5,261,682 units issued at S$1.0429 each to cover the REIT Manager Base Fee. The move forms part of the company’s payment strategy for fees owed to its REIT Manager and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
