Frasers Hospitality Trust has announced the appointment of Mr. Chang Tou Chen as a Non-Executive and Independent Director for both Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and Frasers Hospitality Business Trust, effective November 1, 2024. Mr. Chang will also join the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee, replacing Dr. David Wong See Hong, who will step down on the same date. These changes are part of a broader reconstitution of the board and committees to enhance governance and oversight.
