Frasers Hospitality Trust has announced the renewal of master lease agreements for Ibis Styles London Gloucester Road and Park International Hotel London for an additional 10 years, and for ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe for an additional 5 years, all commencing from July 2024. These renewals ensure the continued operation and management of these properties by subsidiaries of Frasers Property Limited, highlighting Frasers Hospitality Trust’s commitment to long-term investments and stability in its property portfolio.
