Frasers Hospitality Trust has declined the opportunity to acquire Fraser Residence River Promenade, following a divestment notice from Frasers Property Limited. The Trust’s managers determined that the acquisition does not align with FH-REIT’s investment strategy. However, they remain open to considering future opportunities that fit the Trust’s strategic goals.
