Frasers Group has called for the removal of Mahmud Kamani, boohoo’s Executive Chairman, and is urging shareholders to support the appointment of Mike Ashley and Mr. Lennon as new directors. Frasers believes these changes will benefit boohoo’s shareholders and stakeholders, with a crucial meeting set for December 20, 2024.
