Frasers Group, the largest shareholder in boohoo with a 27% stake, has proposed new leadership to address boohoo’s current leadership crisis. By nominating Mike Ashley as CEO and Mike Lennon as a director, Frasers aims to chart a new course for the company’s future and enhance shareholder value. Frasers is urging boohoo shareholders to support this proposal at a forthcoming general meeting.
