Frasers Group plc has announced an extension of the acceptance period for its mandatory cash offer to acquire all shares of XXL ASA that it does not already own. The acceptance period is extended until May 27, 2025, with settlement postponed accordingly. The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has approved this extension, and current acceptances remain binding, requiring no further action from shareholders.
