Frasers Group has increased its stake in luxury fashion retailer Mulberry by subscribing to 3,961,100 new shares, which will result in the Group holding between 36.9% and 37.3% of Mulberry’s existing issued share capital. This move does not require Frasers Group to make a mandatory takeover offer, thanks to a dispensation from the Takeover Panel. Frasers Group must, by October 28, 2024, declare its intentions regarding a potential offer for Mulberry.
