Frasers Group (GB:FRAS) has released an update.
Frasers Group PLC has announced that a pledge held by MASH Holdings Limited on approximately 5.90% of Frasers Group’s shares has been released, with no change to Mike Ashley’s stake in the company. Ashley maintains substantial control, holding an interest in about 73.30% of the company’s issued share capital. The released shares were held as a financial guarantee to HSBC Private Bank, and their release signifies no shift in ownership or voting rights.
