Frasers Group PLC has announced the retirement of David Brayshaw, a Non-Executive Director, effective from the 12th of August after nearly eight years of service. David Daly, the Chair of the Board, commended Brayshaw for his invaluable contributions to the Group over his tenure. The Board now consists of a diverse team including Michael Murray as CEO and Chris Wootton as CFO among other key figures.
