The latest announcement is out from Frasers Group ( (GB:FRAS) ).

Frasers Group PLC has continued to execute its previously announced share buyback programme, repurchasing 142,455 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange between 23 and 27 March 2026 via Barclays Capital Securities. All of the shares bought during this period will be held in treasury, rather than being cancelled, giving the company additional flexibility over future capital management and potential employee share schemes.

Following these transactions, Frasers Group now holds 191,998,013 ordinary shares in treasury, with 448,604,356 ordinary shares remaining in issue and carrying voting rights. The latest tranche of repurchases marginally reduces the stock’s free float and signals the board’s continued willingness to return capital and manage its balance sheet actively, a move likely to be closely watched by investors tracking earnings per share and ownership concentration.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:FRAS) stock is a Buy with a £690.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Frasers Group stock, see the GB:FRAS Stock Forecast page.
