Frasers Centrepoint Trust has issued over 1.7 million new units at S$2.137 each to its manager, Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd., to cover the management fees for the second quarter of 2024. This payment arrangement is in accordance with the trust deed provisions, and post-issuance, the company’s aggregate holding has increased to over 92 million units. The issue price was determined based on the average trading price on the Singapore Exchange over the ten business days prior to the end of the relevant period.
