Frasers Centrepoint Trust has entered into a S$155 million revolving credit facility agreement, subject to conditions that protect the lender in case of a managerial change or a change in control of the company. No mandatory prepayment events described in the agreement have occurred so far. If such an event were to trigger a cross default, it could potentially affect up to S$1.7 billion of Frasers Centrepoint Trust’s other borrowings.
