Fraser and Neave announces the retirement of Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi as Chairman of the Board, appointing him as Chairman Emeritus, while Mr. Koh Poh Tiong will step in as the new Chairman. Additionally, Mr. Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi will become Vice-Chairman, and Mr. Charles Mak Ming Ying will retire, marking significant leadership shifts at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
