Singapore-based Fraser and Neave has announced changes to its Board and Board Committees, effective from March 28, 2024. Key updates include the cessation of Mr. Michael Chye Hin Fah as alternate Director to Mr. Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, his new appointment as alternate to Mr. Koh Poh Tiong, and Mr. Kosit Suksingha stepping in as an alternate to Mr. Thapana and joining the Board Executive and Sustainability and Risk Management Committees.
