Fraser and Neave has refreshed the composition of its board and key board committees following director re-appointments approved at its 127th annual general meeting on 27 January 2026. Vice-chairman Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi has been re-appointed as chairman of the Board Executive Committee and the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee, while also remaining on the Remuneration and Nominating Committees. Sujittra Sombuntham becomes chair of the Remuneration Committee, with Suong Dao Nguyen and Prapakon Thongtheppairot taking on additional roles on the Nominating Committee and Audit Committee, and Michael Chye Hin Fah appointed as alternate director to Prapakon while continuing on the Board Executive Committee and Sustainability and Risk Management Committee. The updated structure consolidates leadership over strategy, sustainability, risk and governance among a core group of directors, signalling continued emphasis on oversight and board continuity after the AGM.
