Franchise Brands ( (GB:FRAN) ) has shared an update.

Franchise Brands reported a resilient 2025 performance, with system sales up 2% to £435m, statutory revenue up 2% to £142.2m and adjusted EBITDA broadly flat at £35.2m, while adjusted profit before tax rose 12% and basic EPS climbed 23%. Strong cash generation drove cash conversion to 98%, allowed adjusted net debt to fall to £55.6m with leverage reduced to 1.6x, and supported a 4% dividend increase alongside plans for a £10m share buy-back.

Operationally, the Group benefited from demand for largely non-discretionary services and diversification, with Filta International and Willow Pumps delivering strong growth and Pirtek Europe and Water & Waste Services holding up despite softer European markets. Management advanced its One Franchise Brands integration strategy, rolling out group-wide finance and CRM systems and preparing a new works management system for Pirtek, while signalling a continued focus on deleveraging, reviewing non-core assets and targeting performance in line with current market expectations.
