Fractal Analytics Limited ( (IN:FRACTAL) ) just unveiled an update.
Fractal Analytics’ board has approved the slump-sale transfer of its EdTech, Fractal Analytics Academy and Iqigai.ai business units to its wholly owned subsidiary Analytics Vidhya Educon for about INR 10.9 crore, effective April 1, 2026. The board also cleared a fresh equity investment of INR 39.4 crore into Analytics Vidhya Educon, signalling a strategic consolidation of its education and training-focused assets under a single subsidiary.
The company further raised its overall investment cap in U.S.-based Fractal Analytics Inc. to an INR equivalent of USD 15 crore, with about INR 262.3 crore earmarked to repay loans and the balance to support working capital and capital strengthening. Fractal US was also authorised to invest USD 0.3 crore in step-down subsidiary Asper.Ai Inc., while the board proposed amending the Articles of Association to grant certain shareholders director nomination rights and plans a postal ballot to ratify or amend ESOP schemes and extend them to subsidiary employees.
