FP Newspapers Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

FP Newspapers (TSE:FP) has released an update.

At FP Newspapers Inc.’s annual shareholder meeting on May 29, 2024, all corporate resolutions were passed, and the election of directors resulted in the re-election of preferred share directors Robert Silver and Darryl Levy by FPCN Media Management Inc., as well as the unanimous approval of common share directors Daniel Friedman, Stephen Dembroski, Deanna Traa, and Tom Bryk.
