Fox River Resources Corporation has issued 520,000 stock options to its employees and consultants, with most options vesting immediately and the remainder vesting periodically throughout 2024. The options are exercisable at $0.25 each and are valid until 2029, bringing the total outstanding options to 4,920,000. The company, which fully owns the Martison Phosphate Project in Ontario, continues to advance its exploration and development plans.
